Future DMZ LLC, doing business as Future Limo (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the website and dispatch services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform or booking rides. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Description of Service

Future Limo provides an autonomous and on-demand limousine dispatch system designed to connect passengers with transportation services.

2. User Accounts & Safety

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a ride or creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any authentication details or account access.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at our sole discretion if safety protocols or terms are violated.

3. SMS & Mobile Communication (Carrier Compliance)

By providing your mobile phone number, you explicitly consent to receive automated text messages (SMS), ride updates, and operational communications from Future Limo.

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP”.
  • SMS Non-Sharing: Mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent information will strictly not be shared, sold, or rented with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

4. Billing, Pricing, and Cancellations

  • Rates for transportation services are displayed or calculated at the time of booking.
  • Users agree to pay all charges incurred for rides booked through their account.
  • Cancellation policies, fees, and processing windows will be clearly stated at the time of reservation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Future DMZ LLC and Future Limo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the dispatch services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated text to future.limo/terms. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
